Notas/Notes: É macia e sólida ao mesmo tempo. Gosto do toque. Menos macia que o merino da handpaintedyarn, mas macia que chegue e sobre, e bem mais sólida. Boa definição de pontos. / Soft and solid at the same time. I like it. Less soft than the handpaintedyarn merino, but still soft enough, and more solid. Good stitch definition.

Para fazer/ To knit: Jaywalker. As cinzentas/azuis estão a ser feitas de cima para baixo com agulhas 2 mm, as vermelhas queria experimentar de baixo para cima e com agulhas 2.5 mm (mas não as tenho!)/ Jaywalker. The blue/grey ones are being knit cuff-down with 2 mm DPNs, the red ones I want to try toe-up in 2.5 mm DPNs (but I don't have them!).

Notas/Notes: Com agulha 2 mm fica um tecido firme. Penso que aguentava agulha 2.5 mm para meias. Mais deve ficar mole e pouco resistente ao uso. / With 2 mm needles I get a firm fabric. I think I could use 2.5 mm DPNs to knit socks with it. A bigger size should give me a too drapy and thin fabric, not resistant to waer.

Usada em/ Used in: Usei num quadrado para as mantas deste projecto e num pano para rosto para mim (ambos em basketweave), em 20 e 21 de Fevereiro de 2007. Usei agulha 4 mm em ambos / ..

Notas/Notes: Algodão mate muito macio e ao mesmo tempo sólido (não se desfaz em pó nem em cotão), bom para rosto, para toalhas tricotadas e para roupa de bebé. Gostei muito de tricotar com ele./ Matte cotton, very soft and solid at the same time (does not leave fluff or "cotton balls" when you knit it), nice for facecloths, for knitted towels and for baby clothing. I loved knitting with it.

Padrão: gratuito na Knitty.
Dificuldade: Não muito difícil, embora exija atenção. O mais difícil para mim foram os k3tog.
Resultado: Muito bonito. Não demasiado difícil de bloquear (usei o ferro). Dá um cachecol elegante embora menos quente.
A repetir? Sim, mas não para já. Gosto dele mas quero experimentar outras coisas.

Pattern: free on Knitty.
Difficulty: Not hard, but needs attention. The hardest part to me were the k3tog.
Result: Very beautiful. Not too hard to block (I used the steam iron). Elegant scarf, though less warm.
To knit again? Yes, but not now. I like it but want to try other things.
